Pick Up

You can choose to pick up your order directly from our location. This option allows you to have your cake in your hands at your preferred time. Our team will provide you with the pick-up details upon confirming your order.


We also offer delivery services for your convenience. Our delivery service covers most areas within the UAE. You can select your desired delivery date during the checkout process.

2. Delivery Charges

- For orders within Dubai and its main surrounding cities, we have a fixed delivery charge, which will be clearly stated during the checkout process.

- For locations that are further out, such as Fujairah, delivery charges may vary due to the distance. The delivery rates for such areas will be determined by the delivery company.

3. Delivery Times

- For pick-up orders, we will coordinate with you to ensure your order is ready for collection at the agreed-upon time.

- For delivery orders, our team will strive to deliver your cake within the specified delivery window. However, please note that factors such as traffic and weather conditions may occasionally impact delivery times. We recommend placing your order well in advance, especially for time-sensitive occasions.

We may request photographs to asses the extent of the damage and take steps to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
