1. Agreement to Terms

By using our (thepurenest) service, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access our services.

2. Order and Delivery

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, we will do our best to accommodate any changes up to 7 days before the delivery date. Delivery time and date are subject to availability and may be changed by us due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order placement. We (thepurenest) will not begin processing your order until payment is received. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

We (thepurenest) cannot guarantee that our products are free from any ingredient that may affect certain food allergies. We (thepurenest) take dietary restrictions seriously, however, cross-contamination could occur and our bakery is unable to guarantee that any item can be completely free of allergens.

5. Liability

Yassmina Cakes (thepurenest) will not be held responsible for any damage occurring to the cake once it has been delivered and set up at the venue or once it has been collected by the client.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs of the cakes remain the intellectual property of Yassmina Cakes (thepurenest) and must not be reproduced without our express written permission.

7. Changes to These Terms

Yassmina Cakes (thepurenest) reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

Your use of Yassmina Cakes (thepurenest) services following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed.
